Do your products contain allergens?

Our manufacturing facilities follow strict protocols to prevent cross-contamination, but some products are produced in facilities that also process common allergens. How should I store my supplements?

For optimal potency and shelf life, store your supplements in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing supplements in the bathroom or kitchen where humidity and temperature fluctuations can affect product quality. Unless otherwise specified on the label, refrigeration is not necessary for most of our products.

What is the shelf life of your products?

The expiration date is printed on each product package. Most of our supplements have a shelf life of 2-3 years from the date of manufacture when stored properly. We recommend consuming the product before the expiration date for optimal potency and effectiveness.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50. We also provide free shipping on all subscription orders regardless of order value. International orders and orders below $50 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may be imposed by their country's customs authorities.

How can I track my order?

Returns & Refunds Questions

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused portion for a full refund (minus shipping costs). To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

How do I return a product?

To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@vitalriot.com or call 1-800-555-1234 to request a return authorization
  2. Include your order number and reason for return in your request
  3. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions
  4. Package the item securely with the return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and process your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution, typically 3-10 business days.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We'll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
